Freckleton is a small village in the area of Preston and the Fylde coast in Lancashire. Home to 6000-7000 people, DigiEnable has been commissioned to engage a variety of residents from the community to have their say on the provision of activities in their area..
DigiEnable will be using a variety of mediums and medias to capture this quantitative and qualitative data, to inform an Open Space event for the whole community to be part of.
The 7th June 2012 saw the first meeting with community members and group representatives, an opportunity for DigiEnable to explain what's been happening so far in the Frecklestorne project and what methods and processes would be used, to start conversations with the community of Freckleton.
